All termite problems can be treated and most
can be warranted up to 5 years with regular
and thorough inspections.
In most barrier treatments we replace the
soil in trenches with loam so the chemical
can bind and have its maximum life
expectancy.
Very thorough termite inspections are done
using a moisture meter, termatrac and a
borerscope depending on each individual
situation. We do not do a fast 20 minute
inspection - a thorough job takes as long as
is required.
